Biggest gripe also is beach towels. There were never any clean ones. We went 4 days with the same towel. On fifth day early that morning I was requesting clean beach towels and they just kept saying they are at the laundry. Finally they brought us towels after dark. Why in the world would it take 5 days to get clean towels? 2\. Stairwell behind the bar that takes you to 3 rd floor needs lights working. It was completely dark and it is a trip/ fall hazard. They also need to be clean daily. 3\. This place has potential to be a 5 star resort if they would just put more work ethic into the place. The beach was beautiful and the bar alive with guest. The room was spacious enough to enjoy the beach weekend and had the basic essentials for our short stay. However, the old-empty water fountain & pool outside were eye sores, obstructing out view of the beach.
