The swimming pool is adjacent to a historic 1700's Danish Sugar Mill, sunning deck, and guest clubhouse – everything you could ask for in a Caribbean vacation !!!
The quint town of Christiansted is 5 minutes away, Fredericksted is 30 minutes to the west, and Point Udall is 30 minutes to east, making Sugar Beach an excellent location for exploring the island of St. Croix, USVI !!!
For dining and happy hours there are two excellent beach restaurants adjacent to our property !!!

Visit to St Croix
Brian was such a great host; so easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and even checked in on us in the middle of our stay. The place was super clean and i appreciated the pots/pan, plates, cups, etc. It is in such a great spot and super close to Christiansted Boardwalk, which was nice to be close to restaurants and things to do.

This is a beautiful property. Fairly Central to most things on the island. The space was clean and beautiful. The owner was very communicative. When the cable/ Internet went out he took steps immediately to get it resolved and communicated the info. The pool is amazing! The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful views from the porch. The owner has lots of things available to use to enjoy your stay. There are also things leftover from other guests in case you forget something. For example we left unused sunscreen that is reef safe. Unfortunately we were there when the sargassum was pretty bad. Obviously just bad luck, not any fault of the owners or property. This was the only downside of this stay. This was an unusual circumstance from what I understand.
Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here

Great location!!
We loved staying at your place for a birthday/babymoon trip! It was clean, had great views and all the extras you had available (ie: chairs, float noodles, bathroom extras, recommendations) made the trip even better. Location was only 5 minutes to downtown and was right in the middle of the island which made it an easy 30 min to get to the East or West side of the island. We loved enjoying all the beaches of St Croix and visited a new one everyday! Thank you we hope to visit again!!!

Beautiful view
Brian was great and very helpful. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was breath taking, and the balcony is great for when the sun goes down at night. The beach is a little rocky and lots of seaweed but they do clean the beach daily. Great location to the board walk for restaurants.

Beautiful Sugar Beach Condo
We absolutely loved staying at this Sugar Beach property. Brian was a very attentive host, and answered any questions we had within 15min of asking. The property was very clean and well stocked. The view was gorgeous, and the neighborhood was friendly and very convenient to anything we wanted to do on the island. We’d definitely want to rebook this property for our next visit if it’s available.

First time to St Croix
The condo was lovely, comfortable, clean. The bed was even comfortable and that says a lot coming from me (I'm a bed snob). The views from the balcony were amazing. - that is where we spent most of our time. The pictures on the website were 100% accurate.
The beach itself is not exactly what we were expecting as there was quite a bit of sea grass growing in the water and that was a deterrent for us to get into the water (we don't snorkel, just like to swim) . The shore/sand was well-maintained, however, as there were some great guys that came every morning to rake up and take away anything that had washed up the previous 24 hours.
Overall, I highly recommend this condo. Brian was very communicative and responsive right from the beginning and throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing it with us!
