Each main room has a ceiling fan. You will also find many modern comforts to include cable TV, WI-FI, full kitchen with new appliances, and washer and dryer. Eight minute drive to downtown Christiansted where you can enjoy Snorkeling and Diving, and much more. It's close to all east end beaches like Shore beach. Sit under the under the umbrella and enjoy barbequing in the private yard. Quiet neighborhood. This unit is upstairs. It is available for 6-months or 1-year short-term lease. Perfect for Corporate Housing or Corporate Vacation Rental. Steep deposit required. References and background will be checked. Each person must be listed on rental application. Available immediately.
