Imagine relaxing while enjoying cocktails on the deck and admiring the breathtaking colors of the Caribbean Sea as the smell of Frangipani blossoms perfume the night air and the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.
Tucked away on the east end of the island, Aqua Vista offers two separate one-bedroom units, each with a living/dining area and kitchen.
You have chosen the East Unit. There is a private entrance to this unit. There is a West unit beside your unit (Vrbo.com/3216029). If you are interested in reserving both units, please check the availability.
These units are convenient for beach lovers - a 10-minute walk to the secluded beach "Smugglers Cove". Or if you prefer to drive, the next public beach "Cramer's Park" is just minutes away. If you want to watch an iconic sunrise at Point Udall (the easternmost point of the United States), it's just 10 minutes away by car.
For those who just want to rest and relax without having to cook on your vacation, there are fabulous restaurants nearby and throughout the island.
We are located far east end of the island, so a rental car during your stay is highly recommended. Taxi services can be costly. Explore the island at your own pace.

Its more of a local flare and not commercial. Complete privacy with washer/dryer and snorkeling equipment. It truly was a home away from home.

The apartment was as listed and the host was great. After the first night I asked Jill if she had some other pillows because the pillows on the bed were not right for us. I told her the type of pillows we preferred and we had new pillows that were right for us that same day. The apartment is well maintained and very clean. We will stay there again.

Exceptional Location and Experience
My wife and I could not be happier with our experience with Jill and Aqua Vista. Honestly, the pictures do not do justice to the incredible ocean and St Croix Yacht Club views. The east wind kept us cool and comfortable all day and night, and if it was a little too hot, the AC in the bedroom was perfect. Great neighborhood. Easy walk or drive to several different beaches. A perfect location. We highly recommend this home away from home.

Indescribably Beautiful!
This Verbo is beyond anything you’ll find Anywhere on island for this price. If you are lucky enough to stay here, your air-conditioned experience will include breathtaking views of the ocean and marina, and the bluest horizon that stretches for miles. Jill is the warmest, most kind and flexible owner that’s so sweet you’ll wish she was your sister. Fantastic experience all the way around!

Perfect Thanksgiving
My wife and I stayed for a week at Aqua Vista and we are so glad we did. We explored all areas of St. Croix and the East end was our favorite. The house is just a short drive to Point Udall where we watched the sunrise and can hike as well. Ziggys market, The Sausage Shack, Duggans and Green Cay restaurants are all close by. Captain Heinz sails to Buck Island out of Green Cay as well. The house was perfect for us. Air conditioning in the bedroom was much appreciated and the washer came in handy to help us pack light. We cooked breakfast everyday as well as our Thanksgiving feast which we enjoyed on the porch which has a beautiful veiw of the marina, ocean and east side of Buck Island. Jill made us feel welcome, communication was clear and fast to resond to questions. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. When we return to Sy. Croix we look forward to staying at Aqua Vista again

Perfect in every way!
I can’t even fully put into words what an amazing experience and vacation I had while staying at Aqua Vista. This is a very comfortable and cute place to stay. The views from the east unit were beautiful. Having the windows open, hearing the ocean, and a constant breeze flowing through the unit was delightful! The location is perfect being so close to several beaches! Jill was an absolute blast to spend time with. She was very gracious and extremely helpful with information about what to do and where to go. I will absolutely stay at Aqua Vista St. Croix again!

Cool and breezy during our stay...
Our stay at Aqua Vista St. Croix was quite pleasant. The front porch is quite large and is covered, which provides plenty of shade throughout the day. It’s a great place to sit and read a book or just watch the boats sail by. We were here during President Biden’s visit to St. Croix and it was neat to see the Coast Guard boats patrolling the sea. You also have a partial view of Buck Island as well as the St. Croix Yacht Club. Our unit was nicely appointed and the kitchen provided all of the modern conveniences for cooking. Wifi was great and the sitting and dining areas were nice, although we mostly ate out. I recommend Duggan’s Reef which is close by. There is also a nice beach close by called Smugglers Cove. I will definitely return to Aqua Vista if the opportunity arises.
