A home away from home. Just 5 minutes walk to the inner city this luxury apartment has everything you need .Superb location,so handy to all tourist attractions ,restaurants,cafes and bus exchange. Plenty of sun and natural light,cosy in the winter and great indoor/out door flow with air conditioning for the summer months. The apartment is well appointed with a comfortable living/dining area,queen size luxury bed with hotel standard linen,tiled bathroom and double glazed. Located just a few minutes from the CBD this luxury brand new apartment is accomodation that you will always remember.High spec appliances including free unlimited Wi-fi ,tea ,coffee and sugar, Luxury queen size bed with hotel standard linen to give you the perfect nights sleep. Bathroom has a good size shower with high pressure water mains for that refreshing shower.All modern amenities with a heated towel rail ,heater,plus a heated toilet seat. Downstairs is a fully functional kitchen with fridge ,microwave,cooking utensils,washer dryer with laundry powder. Double glazed throughout with sliding door leading to courtyard to enjoy a wine or perhaps read a book after a busy day shopping or enjoying our tourist attractions.,what more could one ask for. Exploring on foot also means there is no need to navigate through road works and road closures.of which there are plenty given the massive post-earthquake rebuild effort. CYCLING Christchurch is a city of renewal and this forward thinking has made cycling an integral part of its public transport system.. CAR RENTAL All the major car rental and camper-van companies are located inside the international Arrival halls at the airport. Some other rental car operators provide a pick up and drop off transfer shuttle service to their depot for pre booked clients. BUSES The new Bus interchange is located on the corner of Lichfield st and Colombo st,Christchurch central. Bus exchange 10 mins walk .There are 26 bus lines servicing all of Christchurch and all of them stop at the bus interchange. HOP ON-HOP OFF DOUBLE DECKER BUS Hop on and off as many times as you like ,while experiencing an informative insight into the effects of the earthquakes and the rebuild effort.A fun and interesting tour of the city that is 1 hour in duration ,and includes the following. 8 stops Canterbury Museum Mona Vale Riccarton House & Bush Westfield Riccarton Mall Earthquake Memorial/The Terrace Cardboard Cathedral. TAXI It is advisable that you pre book a taxi service . UBER Widely used in Christchurch definitely cheaper than a taxi.Download the Uber app available in all of New Zealand. E-SCOOTERS Electric scooters very popular to explore the inner city.Down load app for Lime Beam and Flamingo. . C Check in is available from 3pm .Door pad with self check in online .Self check in will be sent to you three days before arrival. Please advise your check in time when booking. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
