Welcome to our charming 2-storey home in St. Albans, perfect for families or groups of up to 6 guests. This spacious property features three well-appointed bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. The inviting living area and fully equipped kitchen make it ideal for relaxing and dining together. Enjoy added convenience with a single car garage and off-street parking. Located in a friendly neighborhood, this home provides easy access to local attractions, shops, and dining options.  
  
Spacious & Comfortable: Modern 3-bedroom home designed for families or groups of up to six.  
  
Luxury Bedrooms:  
Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed   
Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed   
Bedroom 3: Two single beds, ideal for children or friends.  
The beds will be made and ready for you with all linen provided.   
  
Bathrooms:  
2 full bathrooms provides ample space and convenience for larger groups.  
1 private ensuite is located in the master bedroom.   
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and towelling is provided.   
  
Fully Equipped Kitchen:  
Modern appliances, cookware, and utensils—perfect for preparing meals together.   
Includes convenient items like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and sweet treats.   
  
Heating/Cooling.  
There are two air-conditioning units. These will heat or cool the house depending on your requirements. One is located in the living area. One is in the upstairs hallway.  
Each bathroom has a wall heater.   
  
Dining Area:  
Modern table seats all guests comfortably for shared meals.  
  
Spacious Living Room:  
Relax on the 3 seater sofa or the stylish chairs and enjoy a 50-inch smart TV with streaming options.  
  
Outdoor area:  
Your own private, fully fenced patio area is great for soaking up the sun or letting the kids play outside safely.   
  
Wifi:  
Fast, reliable WiFi for work or entertainment.  
  
Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a relaxing night in, this home offers everything needed for a memorable stay.

This property comes with 1 allocated carpark  
  
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.  
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.  
  
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.  
  
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.  
  
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.  
  
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning
