Welcome to our beautiful brand-new 5-bedroom family retreat in the charming suburb of Halswell, Christchurch. That has been designed and built to the highest possible standards, leaving no detail overlooked in the creation of an exceptional setting for contemporary living! Designed with comfort and style in mind, our home is the perfect getaway for families or groups seeking the most luxurious stay on offer with plenty of space.  
  
Each of the lavishly well-appointed bedrooms is furnished with a plush queen bed, aside from the master bedroom which boasts a king bed of the highest quality, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests. The living areas are exquisite, with flowing spaces bathed in light and sun, and the kitchen will satisfy the most discerning cook, baker or entertainer. Sleek and refined, with stone counters and the highest-spec'd appliances, the main kitchen with its induction cooktop is complemented by an adjoining scullery with its own gas cooktop, and second fridge and dishwasher. A separate walk-in pantry makes for the ultimate workspace and under-tile heating flows from the kitchen to open-plan dining, which nestles alongside a sitting area. Both spaces open to outdoor living, perfect for unwinding and relaxing amongst all the beautiful plantings and flowers on a generously oversized Kwila Deck.

Our home features free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, ample parking, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, our Halswell home promises an unforgettable experience!

Quiet, family-friendly and safe with all the necessary amenities near by only moments away from the heart of Halswell Village, Barrington Mall or Pioneer Recreation Centre, including only a 15-minute Uber or drive to Christchurch city centre. Guests really do have the best of both worlds at this property. A lovely countryside feel with surrounding picturesque views, with all the convenience of a short commute into central city Christchurch (without having to be in the city itself, amongst all the hustle and bustle of city life).
