"The pros are a great location and the suite itself is big. The negatives are the lock box didnt work, cable tv box didnt work, the suit itself was dirty; luckily there was a washing machine because I had to clean the bedding right away, one day I had house keeping ( I know the property says limited house keeping) they left my door unlocked and had all lights and window's left open. "Normally i would go out of my way to give a good review, however this is not the case. 1st check in was horrible. Communication with the owners/ Manager was horrible. Had to wait out by the guards in the heat for hours! Second the room is tiny with horrible bed and the couch is horrible. The tv in the room doesn't work. The coffee pot was filthy, Definitely the owners are not concerned about the clients at all..... The tv on the 31st floor also doesn't work. Pool no towels, your room barely...

"3 months as a home base for travel around Asia. We spent time in Singapore Penang Phuket Vientiane Hanoi and always had a great place to come back to. Less than 2 hours to airport in Bangkok. Would recommend a scooter or car for trips into the Jomtien and Pattaya downtowns but grab and Bolt apps worked great. "
