Great place for a fishing vacation
Great property to stay at for fishing. They have their own boat ramp. Just a half a mile to paddle to get to the mangroves to world class fishing. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. I am definitely going to stay there again.

The Captains Lodge was great for a family. Could not reserve kayaks after 4pm which was unfortunate if you don’t arrive until 2 or 3 which I did not realize in advance. Watched the sunset from the dock.

This was the perfect place for us to stay on our adventure trip to the Everglades. Very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A very laid back and relaxing place to spend a couple of days. My husband has already booked a return trip with his fishing buddies.

Great location pity about the outdated caravan
The location of the Hotel is great close to the sea with a dock area were you can watch great sunsets. The Tarpon mobile home was very disappointing it was outdated and tired the kitchen was not well equipped we had to request a can opener which they did provide the day after. The place was dirty the main wooden floor had not been cleaned for weeks the fridge and microwave were unclean. We did not feel this was value for money.

Very happy, showed up on time and with great gear to rent. It was a simple to use and was great to get out on the water before the sun came up. Saw some full grown gators and lots of wonderful flocks of birds. Very pleased with the sunrise tour!

Lage super. Rezeption und Mitarbeiter nett. Das Haus bzw. der Bungalow waren unglaublich dreckig, defekt und heruntergekommen. Hätten wir in der Umgebung eine Alternative gefunden wären wir ausgewichen. Stornierung vor Ort leider nicht mehr nach 17h möglich, da Rezeption nicht besetzt. Preis/Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Bitte meiden.

It went down to 40 degrees outside. The temp inside the unit was 49 degrees. It had 2 space heaters, neither worked. Half the electrical outlets didn't work. The stove didn't work. There was only one blanket on the beds, we were very cold and my wife couldn't sleep even with all her clothes on! The sofa bed should be thrown out. It sags 3 inches in the center and it looks filthy. There is green mold on the side window in living room. The only thing that worked well was the coffee maker, but there was no creamer supplied. I prepaid $ 168.00 for this room. I want my money back and have notified my credit card company regarding this. This place has been neglected and is terrible!!

Abbiamo prenotato con hotels.com ma quando siamo arrivati la nostra casetta era stata data ad altre persone per fortuna era rimasto un posto libero, non molto bello ma almeno abbiamo dormito. Il posto però è tranquillo e molto carino sul molo!!! Bei tramonti

Fabulous spot!!
We had a fabulous time at the Island Park and Marina. The on-site manager, Walter, was super helpful in helping us be comfortable, and be safe boating the many wonderful areas around Chokoloskee. If you are looking for a fishing or boating adventure at a beautiful place that is comfortable and in a beautiful setting, we highly recommend the Island Park and Marina.

We loved our stay and wish it could have been longer. The waterfront location is fantastic and the tiki hut was a great place to hang out and catch the sunset. Our trailer was clean and had everything we needed. Like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

We love to fish in the Everglades. This was the perfect little place. Fully equipped kitchen and best of all a place to keep the boat in the water the whole time we were there. Extremely friendly staff. We will definitely be going back!
