### Palmyrah Surin, comfortable condo 700m to beach!

Nestled just a 10 minute walk from Surin Beach, this modern apartment offers an idyllic base for those who are looking to explore their island of Phuket. The Condo has a rooftop pool, a large ground floor swimming pool, fully equipped gym and it's only 700 meters to Surin beach!  
  
A cozy living space awaits when you enter this apartment. It is fully air conditioned, decorated in modern style and equipped for a perfect holiday.  
The living room includes a sofa and a TV with International channels, kitchen with island and a private balcony.   
Behind the glass wall, a bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.   
Enjoy home-cooked meals or prepare beach snacks with the kitchen that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.  
  
Electric and water are included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.   
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.  
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.
