Grande terrasse ensoleillée avec vue panoramique sur les montagnes ardéchoises. Idéal pour un séjour au calme entre amis.
Maison pour 6 personnes ( 2 lits doubles , 2 lits simples ), avec 3 chambres, une grande terrasse, un jardin et une piscine privée de 4 mètres sur 11.

La maison dispose d’une cuisine super équipée (four, micro-onde, nespresso, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge), BBQ, une salle de bain avec douche et 2 toilettes.

Région très verdoyante. Idéale pour la marche, le vélo, les baignades dans l’Ardèche, le kayak, … et la relaxation.

Vacances Ardèche

Nous avons de super vacances dans cette maison typique accueillante, très bien équipée et une vue époustouflante sur la vallée. Sylvie et Patrick nous ont bien conseillé et sont très prévenants. Idéal en famille, chacun a apprécié l’environnement, la maison et la piscine. Un vrai coin de paradis.

Magnifique panorama

Un extérieur point fort de l’Olivière.Une vue magnifique sur les monts d’Ardèche et sur le château de Ventadour. Une grande piscine, très appréciée. Toutefois, si le propriétaire loue via Abritel, il doit respecter les conditions de la location sur Abritel : je n’avais pas retenu le ménage à 130 € (en plus du prix de la location), et départ à 11h. Une personne s’est présentée à 10h le jour du départ pour faire le ménage, inclus dans le forfait m’a-t-elle dit : j’ai ainsi perdu une journée de vacances en fin de séjour à faire le ménage,
