This holiday cottage offers a beautiful 220 m² of living space on the ground floor and first floor. You'll love: the large living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge area, and fireplace, which opens onto a balcony on one side and a covered terrace on the other; its six bedrooms; and the mezzanine lounge on the second floor. Enjoy the cozy comfort of central heating powered by renewable energy (wood pellets). There's also a pétanque court and swings. Utilities are included in the rental price. You can choose from the following services: bed linen rental €64 for all beds, cleaning fee: €90. Another rural holiday cottage for four people is also available for rent nearby (no. 3141). The property is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM) as well as those with hearing, mental, or visual impairments. You'll appreciate the spacious feel of this large holiday cottage.  
  
Its comfort, decor, tranquility, and easy access make it an ideal home for holidays with family or friends. Ideally located in the countryside between Lyon and Roanne, near the RN 7 highway.
