The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed with friends.   
 The first bedroom with two single and a half beds, perfect for hosting families or groups of friends looking for a cozy and spacious accommodation. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, with touches of color that add liveliness and warmth to the environment.   
 The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed.   
 The bright and modern bathroom is complete with every comfort, including a washing machine to ensure a comfortable and carefree stay. The spaces are well distributed and cared for down to the smallest detail, with measures that make the guest experience even more pleasant.   
 But the real gem of this apartment is its privileged location, a stone's throw from the sea of Sottomarina. Just leave the house and in a few minutes you are on the beach, surrounded by the sound of the waves and the sea breeze. A place where time seems to slow down and every moment becomes an opportunity to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Adriatic Sea.
