Casa Serenissima is a tourist location in the center of Sottomarina that offers an ideal solution for those who want to spend a vacation full of comfort, convenience and beauty of the Adriatic coast. Located in the beating heart of this seaside resort, the property allows you to fully enjoy its main attractions, just a few steps from the beautiful golden sandy beaches and the lively waterfront promenades.  
The central location allows you to easily explore the shops, typical restaurants and local cafés, where you can enjoy typical Venetian cuisine, such as fresh fish and seafood specialties. In addition, the proximity to the bus station and the port allows you to easily visit neighboring cities, such as Chioggia, famous for its historic center, or Venice, which can also be easily reached by boat.  
This location is perfect for those looking for a vacation in a dynamic place, but also quiet and safe, where you can enjoy natural beauty, local culture and numerous outdoor activities, such as cycling, walks on the waterfront and boat trips in the lagoon.  
The location is located in an ideal position, in the middle of the Murazzi, along a picturesque street of Sottomarina, inside a typical building that contains the charm of the Venetian tradition. As soon as you open the door to the ground floor, you enter directly into the living area, a welcoming and well-organized space.  
The living area is equipped with a modern and functional kitchenette, complete with an oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. A dining table, perfect for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, is located in a well-lit corner. Next to it, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax and, if necessary, easily transforms into an additional bed, ideal for accommodating other people. The living area is also equipped with a TV, so you can enjoy moments of leisure.  
A wall separates this area from the sleeping area, which ensures greater privacy. Here you will find a spacious double bedroom, tastefully furnished and equipped with a very large wardrobe, perfect for storing clothes and accessories. The modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet and sink, offering everything necessary for the comfort of guests.  
The apartment, with its practical and welcoming layout, is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and well-located accommodation in Sottomarina, a few steps from the sea and the main points of interest in the area.  
Check-out will be free of charge until 9:30am. For each additional hour an extra cost of €30 will be charged
