We were glad there was parking available and that the couch provided plentiful seating. The location is also great. We were able to hear music and festivities happening at the town square from the balcony, which was a pleasant surprise.A few drawbacks/comments on things to know:- The only exit is out the garage door, and there's only one garage door opener. We were so concerned about the fire escape hazard this presented that we kept the garage door open the entire time to ensure anyone could get out of the building if needed, even if the others had left with the garage door opener to do some other activity in town.- There are two sets of stairs and they are VERY narrow compared to stairs in every home I've ever lived in or visited. If you have any guests that might struggle with balance or footing, I'd recommend staying elsewhere.- There was no trash bin on site. We contacted the company, but ended up having to leave the trash bags in the garage because we never got info about where to put trash.- There's no cutting board and no reasonable knives - so if you rent this condo with the intent of cooking some meals, pack those things along with at least one extra kitchen towel.There are a lot of loud noises in the house - I think it might be a heat pump? It sounds like an industrial fan next to your bed. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend staying elsewhere or you'll likely wake up every time it kicks on at night. ##### Kayla H. The communication between property management was easy, as they responded quickly. We did have to wait for maintenance to arrive, as we were given the incorrect door code. Upon maintenance’s arrival, they expressed that it had happened a few days prior and didn’t seem very happy about it. The place was fairly clean, but the floors could’ve been cleaner. It was a nice place overall, I would recommend having more items for guests such as salt and pepper. Other places we’ve stayed had a lot more stocked for usage of guests. It was conveniently located, served our family well and wasn’t bad. Thanks for having us. :) ##### Katelyn E.
