We're pleased to bring you "The Haven" located on the edge of the Assateague Channel! Enjoy spectacular views of the Channel and Lighthouse right from your own private living space! Downstairs features a kitchen, dining area, living room and half bathroom. The second level features 2 bedrooms - one is a master suite with King bed and private bathroom, and the other features a Queen bed. There is also a 2nd full bathroom on this level. The third level features a bedroom (Queen and 2 Twin beds) and a full bathroom. There are multiple decks and there's also 21' of dock space where you can fish, crab, kayak or tie up a small boat. Take a look and book today; this one won't last long! Please note: Parking is limited to 2 spaces (this includes a boat/trailer if you are bringing one). Max. boat size for docking is 20'. The views and access to the water were fantastic. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and fished right off of the dock. We were able to see tons of water birds from the house. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The only downsides were that the spiral staircase to the third level is a big challenge to older adults, and neither deck is screened which limits use when the mosquitos are bad. As retired people visiting the island, it was away from the bustle and close to the wildlife refuge which is where we wanted to spend most of our time. The setting was lovely, but there was repeated music from next door for hours every day and evening. Fortunately we liked the music, but the sound track was only several hours long and repeated throughout the day. It got a bit annoying as we really just wanted to listen to the sounds of the birds and water. ##### Nancy B.
