The dryer stopped working during our stay but CRR had someone out the next morning so we didn’t miss a beat with the laundry. The grounds are clean. It was clean, spacious, and the after-hours check-in/check-out process was straightforward and easy. We enjoyed eating most meals on the patio overlooking the marina and the bay (the chairs out there are so comfortable!), and it was so convenient to everything! Most of the condo was quiet as there weren't many guests, and due to covid the pool and fitness areas were closed (totally fine - we were there to enjoy a quiet week away and see the wild ponies!) This is not an issue for most guests I imagine, but even though this is on the first/ground floor, there are still some stairs and/or a ramp to get to the first floor. Additionally, I was really looking forward to a hot tub. But, unfortunately even if the pool area was open it did not appear as though there is a hot tub on the property. It's possible one is tucked away in the pool area and was not visible, but we didn't see one. There is a spa/whirlpool tub in the main bedroom/bath that is in the listing and pictures, but alas no hot tub to be found. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return to Chincoteague again soon! ##### Lindsey C.
