Central air, gas grill, outside shower, washer / dryer fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. This home is not recommended for small children because the yard is landscaped with cut stone. Very comfortable and spacious home located close to shopping and restaurants. No smoking, no pets allowed. Ring camera on front and back of this home. \*\* This property requires both Security Deposit and Damage Protection Plan. New for 2025 rentals.
