Relax on the front porch swing and enjoy cooking dinner in the chef's kitchen. Allergies, no problem! The whole house is complete with an air filtration system and H20 Filtration. This house is protected by an outside surveillance system. One is located on the front door as you enter the home and the other camera is of the side yard viewing the parking area . Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. We only wished that the listing would have been more clear about What amenities are included, Such as toilet paper, soaps, bed sheets, towels, and etc. We were made aware of this in an email from the property management company about a week before we checked in. I don’t have a king sized bed so I had to go buy bedding just for our stay. Overall, we had a great time, but would choose a place with more amenities next time. ##### Elmina B. We were impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. The only downfall was that we had to declutter before we were able to move in. While the decor was nice, there was just so much. The house was beautiful, well decorated, and had a lot of charm. There is a ton of backyard space, and the property is walking distance to a bunch of shops and restaurants. When looking at the listing we thought there were only 3 bedrooms- 1 king, 1 queen, and 1 bunk bed room. When we got there we realized there is actually a 4th bedroom with a queen sized bed. As an accomplished cook, I truly appreciated the well equipped kitchen, and the great appliances. The beds were comfortable, the location near town center made everything walking-accessible, and the porch swing was a throw-back delight. But two things made for a less-than-ideal accommodation: there were so many things on surfaces and work spaces throughout the house that one has to move them in order to cook and to place one's things in living spaces and bedrooms...but the BIG THING is that the full bath and half-bath are on the FIRST floor, and the bedrooms are on the SECOND floor--making those late night/early morning bathroom visits a real challenge--and the property description omits the bathroom locations. But if that's not a problem for your family, then I recommend this visit to a delightful, well-loved home. ##### Kathryn W.
