With cathedral ceilings, the first floor great room has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast spot, separate dining and living areas, pull-out sofa, half-bath with full laundry, and access to a private covered porch for cookouts and gatherings as well as an outdoor shower. The second floor has a loft style bedroom with a king bed and full bath. Short drive to Menemsha harbor, Beetlebung Corner and Chilmark General Store, as well as Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket Beaches. Beach sticker for town beaches available.
