The only complaint we had was about the air conditioning. It has three floors. The top floor has no air conditioning. The second floor was extremely hot and the first floor when the air conditioner was on cool. The host has the air conditioner pre set at 24 So even if you turn the temp down it reverts back to 24 at pre set times. There were no instructions provided to change the settings. In fact it was so hot we had to contact and ask her to have someone fix the air conditioner because we thought it was broken. No air was coming from the vents! It happened to be during a very hot spell which made it worse. Everything else was fine. The host responded in a timely manner and we were able to arrive an hour earlier. ##### alex P.
