Any violation will result in a fine of $800/unauthorized person/night. ♦ No Party Absolutely no parties allowed! Breaking this rule will result in a $3000 fine, immediate police intervention, and eviction. ♦ Pets Two well-trained pets are allowed with prior approval, with a $200 pet fee per stay. Pets must not be left unattended in the house. Please bring your pet's bedding and feeding bowls, ensure your pet is well-behaved, and clean up after them in the yard.
