High end private getaway in south eastern Ohio. 54 miles from beautiful Hocking Hills, and 21 miles from the Merry Family Winery. This house is gorgeous and has all of the bells and whistles! House is located on 14 acres and very secluded. Plenty of things to do and see around the area, or stay at the house and just enjoy the scenery.

Always Amazing
Second time at this property and will continue to book it when I am in town. Just off the beaten path enough to feel like you are alone in the country but close enough to be at WalMart inside 5 min. Well appointed with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Clean and easy entry. Owner keeps the place very nice. Well worth it

Hidden Gem
This little hidden gem has the wow factor for any single or couple that wants a fun little getaway from the big city in Columbus. Just 2 minutes outside main Street of Jackson Ohio sits this one bed one and a half bath bungalow on acreage and without any close neighbors. Such a peaceful spot with great views. This little house had all the trimmings and is extremely upgraded with leather furniture two big screen flat TVs a wall of kitchen with appliances that are updated and details that make this an amazing little spot. On top of that, the price is right. If you have to stay in Jackson Ohio do not stay in a hotel. Stay at the hidden gym because it is tremendous. The owner's communication was great and very responsive. So nice that this could be rented for just a couple of days during the week. Don't miss this spot.

Lovely Getaway Stay
We certainly enjoyed our recent visit to the Hocking Hills area and our stay at this VRBO location. We would have liked to use both the beautiful indoor fireplace and outdoor firebowl, but the gas had not been filled prior to our arrival. The property manager made an attempt to correct the problem. Perhaps this should be added to the checklist in between renters. It was a wonderful property.

Beautiful house, beautiful area!
This was our first time in this area and we came specifically to hike on a few trails that are close by. The house is so clean, updated and cozy. It had every amenity we wanted and then some. Be sure to keep an eye on what’s happening outside through the wall of windows with an almost 360 degree view. We saw a coyote napping and grooming in the woods behind the garage and had a deer very close to the dining table windows who stopped to say hello. Jackson is so quaint, clean and easy to navigate & the hike was spectacular at Lake Katherine Reserve. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
