This was perfect for us because they had a travel crib and black out curtains ready for us. The house was decorated so cute and was nice and clean. AC in each room and was on before we got there so the house felt nice during the hot summer. We could easily walk to downtown, the farmers market and lower Bidwell. They had a binder with great recommendations and food menu too. Such a thoughtful touch. They also mention in the binder they have bikes available to borrow. The house is centrally located to a variety of activities - downtown farmer's market/street fair, fun restaurants, Chico State University, Bidwell Park, etc. The street in front of the house was very busy, and the narrow driveway was a bit challenging, but this didn't lessen the fun we had. The hosts were very receptive and quick to respond to questions and requests. Very helpful and courteous. Overall, a great time! ##### Debbie P. Walking distance to everything but our favorites to highlight are going Schubert’s and the farmer’s market. Parking was plentiful on the street side. The space was very clean. Each room had ceiling fans and air conditioning units. Thank you Deserae for being a wonderful host! We would love to stay here again the next time we visit. ##### Marjo M. The house was exactly like pictures, very clean and updated. The bikes were an awesome amenity. My only downside was the busy street with kids but the back yard was a great place to hang out.
