The Citrus Studio was perfectly located and had all of the Chico charm. It was a great central point for biking to Bidwell park and a short walk to Chico HS. I wasn’t sure how parking would be for the location. We had no issues at all, since there are essentially two parking spots. Even though it’s a studio there was ample space. I really appreciated the small walk-in closet that allows you to store your luggage out of sight and avoid that cluttered feel of living out of a suit case. The back patio was much larger than I expected and easily stored our two bikes. The design of the studio blended old and modern which felt comfortable and interesting. ##### Rachel R. I did have trouble getting into the property. The address didn't give the information needed (or maybe I missed it somewhere), so I had to ask 2 neighbors how to find it, then wait for a callback from host about the keycode.
