Located right next to the community pool—rarely crowded and fully accessible to guests—this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy peaceful neighborhood walks or reach Downtown Chico in just 5 minutes for great dining and entertainment.

This 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome has room for everyone:
