The chalet has capacity for 6 people, and is located in a quiet area. It features gardens, swimming pool, fireplace, centralised air conditioning throughout the house and parking for 4 vehicles. It has a portable barbecue. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 and a full ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The two other bedrooms have two beds of 0.90 each. Outside there is another full bathroom with a shower.

And only 10.3 km from La Barrosa beach (17 minutes but car), as well as being close to other beautiful and well-known beaches such as Sancti Petri Beach, Camposoto Beach, Puerco Beach, Fontanilla Beach....etc. All ideal to enjoy the sun or water sports. The accommodation is also close to golf courses, go-kart circuit, or marina.
