Welcome to this charming house near Chiclana de la Frontera, perfect for accommodating up to six guests.  
  
The outdoor space is designed to make the most of the southern climate. Take a refreshing dip in the chlorine pool, measuring 6.30 x 4.40 m with a depth of 1.60 to 1.70 m, or cool off under the outdoor shower. Bask in the sun on the hammocks, or gather to prepare a delicious meal in the wood-fired oven while children enjoy the swings.  
  
The property also features a small vegetable garden and a chicken area, allowing you to enjoy fresh, seasonal vegetables and eggs at your leisure. Please note that there are neighboring properties nearby, so complete privacy is not guaranteed.  
  
The interior of the accommodation is thoughtfully designed to provide you with the relaxation you deserve. It features a spacious living room with a TV and fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the utensils needed for comfortable cooking. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.  
  
For sleeping arrangements, there are three bedrooms: the main bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe; the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed for three, a single bunk bed, and a wardrobe; and the third bedroom offers a double bed and a wardrobe. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair upon request.  
  
The property has two bathrooms: one indoors with a shower and bathtub, and an outdoor bathroom with a shower (cold water only).  
  
  
The house is situated just a few kilometers from one of the most picturesque towns in the province of Cádiz. The area offers all the essential services to ensure an independent and comfortable stay.  
Less than a kilometer away lies the renowned La Barrosa Beach, an 8-kilometer stretch of golden sand that provides a perfect setting to enjoy the sea, breathe fresh air, and explore the wide range of tourist activities it inspires. You can also follow a route through its seven "magic points," a series of viewpoints offering stunning vistas of the city.  
For those seeking adventure, there are nearby routes ideal for walking or cycling, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region.
