It's about 7 min walk from the Seibu-Chichibu station, and 20 min walk to the Chichibu Shrine.The guesthouse was very clean, the amenities were excellent, and the owner was extremely accommodating and friendly! 2 of us in the group do not eat meat, and there was just NO vegan option at any restaurant, which was very sad, but you can find few (double check the ingredients) at the convenient stores (e.g. 7eleven, family mart).
