The property is undergoing significant renovations which include jackhammering and industrial saws all day. If you will have any reason to work from the property during the day, stay elsewhere.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and there was no hot water during the whole stay. We had to shower in cold water. We complained multiple times. They sent the maintenance person and he said to just run the water for a while, which did not solve the problem. When we spoke to the manager, after giving us multiple different answers they finally admitted that the pump in our section (840 & 841) was not working, but they did not solve the problem for us. All they did was offer us free breakfast, we said no thanks, we want hot water! They told us to email the front desk manager, which we did but we did not even hear back from them. Another issue we had was the safe would not work so they had to come in for 3 hours to break it open with a drill and hammers in the middle of the night until 2 am. I strongly do not recommend them as they were unprofessional with us.

People go out and smoke right by the entrance. They were doing construction at the time and it smelled bad in the elevators. We asked for bottled waters to be delivered to our room and we never got them.

It’s old and the rooms are not very clean allot of dust in the room . The staff not so friendly
