I and my family return to the area for business at least 2 times a year. I have had so many negative experiences that I have lost count. I look at each experience in 3 parts. 1st impression/middle impressions/lasting impressions. This was my 1st short term stay that I didn't have to consider a plan. 1 minor observation/consider replacing the back entry lock set/doorknob. We temporarily locked ourselves out. With great communication with the host, it was resolved in a short time.
