Plus you are located 10 minutes away from downtown. You can't beat the great location, spacious layout, and beautifully styled space and our reviews say it all! The space My place is great for families with children, business travelers and groups, couples, or visiting parents/grandparents. Enjoy the entire home situated on a tree-lined, residential street, with a garage space for convenience and space. With plenty of yard space and elegant finishes, I want you to feel at home and enjoy the space. We recently updated with quartz counters, custom cabinetry, lounging area on second floor, spacious backyard, high end furniture, beautiful bathroom amenities and floating vanities. I want you to feel like you this is your home away from home. In addition to that, I want to ensure everyone who stays at my place feels like they are at home and can settle right in, so I provide the following amenities to all my guests! \- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant. \- Fresh towels and linens \- Wireless internet is always available \- TV with streaming options \- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster \- I provide artisanal coffee from a local roaster and a variety of gourmet teas. \- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like eco friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges & Method brand hand soap and dish soap. You name it, we provide it to make you feel at home! \-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc. \- Hair dryer \- Ironing board and Iron \- Luggage racks and hangers Guest access Guests will be allowed access of the home via a keypad code. No keys or interaction with hosts is necessary. Other things to note \*\*COVID 19 News\*\* Unfortunately, during the pandemic, we have had a significant rise in guests that want to rent the house for large gatherings / parties. Our home is meant for folks that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house.
