Stretch out in a stylish and spacious combined two floor apartment, nestled in the heart of Lincoln Park across the street from DePaul University. This gorgeous home can accommodate up to 18 guest with 8 bedrooms, two separate living areas (one with a drop down screen and projector), two dining areas, two fully stocked kitchens and 4 full bathrooms! The Fullerton Red Line station is a block and a half away. General Policies: Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. 4\. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. 5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. 6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. 7\. The two apartments were spacious and exactly what we needed. The location was truly excellent and check-in was super easy. However, it was challenging to communicate with the host. Messaging through the platform was delayed, and a general, automatic (yet delayed) response was provided. Could only communicate via phone number provided in automatic response, which wasn't always answered in a timely manner. It was a holiday weekend, so likely higher call volume than usual. Location was close to DePaul and walking distance to restaurants. The units were very spacious, well equipped, furnished and very clean.
