The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. The Nest thermostat allows temperature changes within set ranges: set to Heat mode and adjustable between \~65-74 degrees in cool months and set to Cool mode and adjustable between \~68-78 degrees in warm months (specific ranges are subject to change).
