At 10:30 PM the day before check in, I spent one hour on the phone with VRBO assistance to finally get the access information. When they finally got in touch with Christine at 11:30 PM, she told them she would send it in 1-2 hrs.! When I finally got the instructions, only then did it reveal that the apartment is a 2 story walk up. When we arrived, the apartment was cold. There was no dresser, shelf, cubicle, or any place to put our folded things. There was no bath mat, towel racks, or surfaces to put our toiletries. We were each given 1 bath towel for a 4 night stay. no surfaces in the kitchen for food preparation, no cutting board, inadequate light. She wanted to charge me 50 for a 1 hr. earlier check in. But she never responded to let me know if the room was ready or not. the area is nice, close to the beach, but Christine is not accommodating. ##### Agnes F.
