This is indeed a cozy 1-bedroom house. It has been remodeled and is very attractive and comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit family in the Wicker Park area.

Dennis is an absolute dream of a host in an already wonderful location. The property was clean and as described. The location can’t be beat. The place is updated and all nice furniture. All appliances are new also. The bathroom has a nice spacious shower. Great couch and TV also. The Host responded to all emails before very fast and I had to call (I locked myself out) and they responded immediately. And we talked about a few items and they were in then process of fixing. Them. I would stay again
