Fantastic House

First off, the host was amazing. He is super nice, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his home. He even brought over a small bike and trampoline for our daughter to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable. The proximity of grocery and food places saved up a lot of time for us on our trip.

Great time, great location, and a great owner

Overall, our stay was fast, but between all the great things close to the house and the openness of the house we felt at home and relaxed. Mike was always ready to help if we needed anything and was great to talk to. Looking forward to being in the area again to stay here again!

Plenty of room

Mike was there to walk us through the place when we arrived. We only had a couple days in town but Mike was helpful and gave us a great list of local restaurants to try. As far as the house, I found a couple earwigs and beetles roaming around the house, so that nocked it down a notch. Other than that, there was plenty of room to spread out and everyone enjoyed our time there. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access. I would look it up again if I came back to town.

Many have mentioned how nice and helpful Mike is so I’ll just focus on how lovely the property is for a party. Primarily the serving pieces and room flow are the best. See pictures for details. All serving pieces were part of the property.

Great accommodation

Met the host upon our arrival. He was very accommodating to our schedule, and then took us around the property and explained how everything worked. The property is clean and well maintained. Well definitely is this property in the future.

Spacious Home, Beautiful Neighborhood

Wonderful, peaceful home and property to spend time with family and friends on our first trip to Chicago for a family wedding. Mike is an engaging and responsive host. He even voluntarily got out some lawn chairs for us to use for a gathering at a park. So thoughtful. Already talking about coming back in the future!

Italian Easter dinner

Great home for a weekend in Palatine with family dinner. There's plenty of space to spread out and connect with family. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely

Family get together

The entire family was welcomed and greeted by the Host. The house was immaculate and the location was beautifully landscaped. It was a welcoming neighborhood as we all felt at home. Wow an excellent home and experience

This home was clean, comfortable, spacious and inviting. Michael met us to provide key and a review of all the home offered. Spacious pantry and kitchen had everything we needed for entertaining. The large dining table and comfy couches were perfect for enjoying the football game Everone complimented the home’s beauty and lovely backyard setting. Would highly recommend and we will be back. A lot of space

Very convenient close to airport and places to eat and shop. Plenty of room in the home. Well supplied. The bathrooms could use some updating. Had a nice stay and Mike was very nice.

Great Family Venue

We had unexpected changes last minute for Thanksgiving and our Host was so great and accommodating. The space was roomy and beautiful with the rooms flowing into each other so little groups of people could talk and nosh and enjoy the food and company. The light coming in from the windows and the backyard is a little piece of nature to enjoy. At our request, our wonderful host even snuck in to start a fire for us in the firepit, making it even more homey. My husband, myself, my sister, and my elderly parents stayed overnight and were very comfortable with lots of room. We got SO many compliments on finding this location and recommend this to anyone wanting to have a cozy gathering with family. Also very close to highways and shopping if needed. we had a GREAT holiday weekend here!!
