The kitchen is adequately furnished for simple cooking or getting delivery. The washer/dryer were nice for a longer stay. Offstreet parking was another boon. We had a minor issue at the beginning which the host quickly responded to and resolved, much appreciated. The location is great for Roger’s Park, Evanston, but a bit further from the loop. Everything you need for shopping is nearby, including a few restaurants in walking distance. Good to have a car though, to visit all the eateries and shops on Clark, a 10 minute drive, as is the beach. Would totally stay there again. ##### Karen J. And, we were thankful for the air conditioning because the weather while we were there was especially hot and humid. The unit is above this darling local coffee spot, which was a nice perk.
