Flooring on second floor and staircase to second floor from main level can be upgraded. Third floor is in great shape and has lots of natural light. Enjoyed the various collections and the floor to ceiling shelves full of books. Large master bedroom with spacious bathroom. Thought it had a queen bed in the 2nd room but only a double. The couch in the main living room area could use an upgrade, even though we didn't spend much time sitting there as we walked all over Chicago to take in the beautiful, busy city! And speaking of beautiful city- the VIEW from the rooftop is wonderful. I wish it was a little warmer during our visit so we could have spent more time up there. Within walking distance to almost anything you need. Well appointed kitchen with upgraded appliances. Lots of space for a small family, but be aware, also lots of steps.
