Had a leaking shower into apartment below so unable to use shower facilities. Maintence came to try and fix the issue and assured us he would lock the door behind him after he left only to come back to the apartment and finding the door unlocked. Only attempt at reconsiliation was to move us to a place 23 minutes away or to give us much less than half of the amount we paid for a 2 night stay. We were then forced to vacate leaving us without a place to stay near our activities,which is why this one was chosen for our reservation.
