### Apartment Teatro - Holidays live here

The apartment in the heart of the medieval town of Chianni was completely redesigned in 2018 and completely restored. The apartment is at ground level from the parking lot, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area. There is a terrace in front of the dining area. In the distance, Volterra rises from the hilly landscape, glowing in the sun during the day or sparkling at night.

The apartment for 4 people has a total area of about 77 square meters. The entrance area leads to the open living room, which typically includes the kitchen and the dining room.  
  
The bedrooms are separated on the 1st Upper floor and each have their own shower room.  
  
The lovingly decorated interior of the house contains individual antiques.  
The equipment includes a stove with oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and other kitchen utensils such as kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, etc. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms  
  
A satellite television is installed in the living room, WiFi is available throughout the apartment as well as air conditioning (equipment: "tutto compreso").  
  
Public and free parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity below the house.  
  
The cleaning of the houses must be paid in cash after the stay (90 €). Electricity costs based on consumption.  
  
The face of this region is characterized by gentle hills. A paradise of silence stretches along the coast of the Tyrrhenian Sea in wild, mostly untouched nature. Initially, the road follows the gently rolling hills through tiny villages, cypresses, old natural stone houses as well as the remote country houses on top of the hills. Juniper and myrtle forests pass by.  
  
Already in spring, red poppy carpets cover the still green valleys and hills, later, when the summer spreads its heat over the country, the fields shine in the bright yellow of the sunflowers sprouting everywhere. Late autumn bathes the landscape in the dark red of the leaves and grapes. The harvest season appears as a long festival.  
  
Chianni lies in the middle of the pleasant, lonely hilly landscape. Here you will find peace, relaxation and security. In the tranquil place itself there are all shops for daily needs: baker, butcher, newsagents, bank, post office, hotel, two restaurants, two bars, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, shops for daily needs etc.  
Chianni is the ideal starting point to explore the most interesting places and landscapes in Tuscany. Visit the Uffizi Gallery in Florence, the towers in San Gimignano, the Field of Miracles in Pisa, Piazza del Campo in Siena, explore the city walls of Lucca and the Ombra della Sera in Volterra - or visit the wide, white beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea at Vada, Castiglioncello or Tirrenia.  
"Tuscany is not in Italy, but Italy in Tuscany", Goethe noted in 1776 during his famous trip to Italy.  
  
The apartment in the center of Chianni is wildly romantic in the middle of the Tuscan hills, rural and quiet, with a view of the medieval town of Chianni.  
  
Paradise starts here.  
  
The best way to move around in medieval Chianni is on foot; there are few parking spaces. There is a public, free parking lot directly below the house. There are bus connections from Chianni to Pontedera and to Rosignano Marrittimo. In Pontedera there is a train connection to Pisa & Florence.

Liebevoll ausgestaltete große Wohnung, zentral im idyllischen Chianni an einer Bergseite. Verkehrsgünstig per Auto zum Strand oder nach Pisa (ca. 45 min.), Florenz oder Siena (je 1 1/2 Stunden).Teilweise sehr laut, da unterhalb eines Restaurants z.T. mit Life-Musik, auf was in der Wohnungsbeschreibung aber hingewiesen worden ist. Freie Parkplätze vorhanden "first come first serve".Ein Manko: kein konstantes WiFi, v.a. kaum Empfang im Erdgeschoß oder bei paralleler Nutzung mehrerer Endgeräten.

#### Typisch toscanische Idylle in Chianni

Am Anfang August haben wir das beschauliche Dorf, Chianni kennengelernt und waren begeistert. Die Mischung von netten Dorfbewohnern und einige wenige Touristen, die ganz schmallen Gassen, donnerstags Abend Markt mit lokalen Produkten (senzationelles Olivenöl, tolle Käse) und Livemusik konnten wir gleich an unserem Ankunftstag geniessen. Die zwei Restaurants sind auch sehr empfehlenswert. Die typische toscanische Landschaft lädt zum Ausflügen in der Gegend ein. Aufgrund der große Hitze haben wir lediglich Pisa und Lucca besucht. Zum Strand hatten wir längere Wege mit dem Auto, aber das hatten wir in Kauf genommen. Die Unterkunft Teatro bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Zentrale Lage, großzügige Räume, gut ausgestattete Küche, rustikale Einrichtung mit ihrem Charme in allen Sinnen lassen den Urlauber recht wohl fühlen.

Tolle Wohnung für Familie Super Lage in Ortsmitte mit allem was man braucht. Dank des kleinen Freibades in Chianni auch im Hochsommer "aushaltbar". Unkomplizierte und nette Vermieterin!

The property had plenty of space inside and out. A great view from the upper balcony and a lovely patio for outside eating. Tastefully furnished with antique furniture. The manager was there. To help with whatever we needed. Highly recommend Chianni as a place to stay.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur toll. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten eine gut ausgestattete Küche und alle Räume waren gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Gegessen haben wir auf der Terrasse und abends auf dem Balkon, ausgehend von dem einen Schlafzimmer ein kühles Getränk genossen. Der Ort Chianni selber ist einfach bezaubernd. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen und für das kulinarische Wohl ist auch gesorgt. Es gibt mehrere kleine Restaurants und Bars im Ort.

#### Prachtig appartement in mooie omgeving

Dit jaar zijn we met vakantie naar Chianni in Toscane gegaan. In twee verschillende appartementen. Het eerste waar ik nu over schrijf is appartement Teatro. Het is een mooi, ruim appartement, met een mooi terras. Het appartement is mooi klasdiek ingericht. Het is denk ik 4 jaar geleden verbouwd of gerenoveerd. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, twee mooie badkamers. De keuken is vrijwel nieuw, alle spullen die je nodig hebt zijn aanwezig. De bedden zijn prima, evenals de douches met een krachtige straal. Er zijn drie dingen die nog verbeterd zouden kunnen worden. Er hangt vaak een nare lucht in het appartement, rioollucht of schimmel. We konden dit met geurstokjes redelijk bestrijden. Het zou fijn zijn als er stretchers of makkelijke stoelen zouden zijn om op het terras te kunnen lezen. De wifi is gedeeld met het andere appartement Bella Vista. De snelheid is maximaal 8mB. Ik kijk graag het nieuws en sport, maar dat lukt niet. Appen gaat wel. Ik zou best wat meer willen betalen voor sneller wifi. Conclusie: Een mooi ruim appartement in een leuk dorp met alles in Toscane binnen bereik. Ik kan dit appartement aan iedereen aanbevelen. Henk Dirkse

#### Im großen und ganzen eine sehr gute Erfahrungen, wir haben unseren Aufenthakt sehr genossen.

Objekt war so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben, alles war sehr sauber, Lager war wunderschön, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat sehr zuverlässig funktioniert, wir sind sehr zufrieden.
