The staff is excellent, friendly, very accommodating, professional and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that there was insufficient hot water for a few hours, but otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. It is a short walk to restaurants, temples, shopping, bars and museums. The is the epitome of value for money, any time I come back to Chiang Mai this is the only place I will stay. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they have free snacks, waters and free laundry service! The breakfast is great and cooked to order daily. Rooms are good sized and comfortable. And the location is perfect to get anywhere in the city. Very clean & tidy room with comfy king size bed. Free laundry service with very good quality completed in less than half a day. Very yummy freshly cooked breakfast with a number of set to choose. Free snack/drinks offered in the lobby. Very value for money room rate. Convenient location inside the old town with many tourists attractions within walking distance.
