While the location was a good one (close to convenient stores, massage parlours and eateries), the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms could be better. Our first room (ground level) was infested with mozzies and covered with dust webs. They moved us to an upper level room after I gave my feedback and it was much better (cleaner and no mozzies). Their daily room service was basic but worked out for the duration of our stay. The hotel staff were friendly.
