Too close to the good view restaurant LOUD MUSIC EVERY NIGHT never slept through a night. Sounds like the band is playing in the hall outside your door. Also the shower sucks hot - cold - hot-cold could not keep a constant temperature DO NOT STAY HERE

ホテルのレセプションにいる女性スタッフの笑顔がとてもかわいくて親切でした。一生懸命に日本語で話そうとする姿勢や顔を合わすたびにニコニコ微笑む姿がとても好印象。 メガネをホテルで紛失し探したが見つからず、後日見つかりメールが届いた。自分の過失であるにもかかわらず、お詫びとどのようにして送れば良いかのメールまで頂き、その心遣いに感謝しています。またロイクラトーン祭りの中、コムローイをどこからか１つ手配してプレゼントしてくださいました。

1.ทำเลดี แต่ห้องแคบมาก อึดอัด พอทราบก่อนเข้าพัก แต่ไม่คิดว่าพอเข้าพักจะแคบกว่าที่คิด 2.เสียงดนตรีเข้ามาในห้องพัก ซึ่ง กว่าจะเลิกก็ ตีหนึ่ง ดึกมากๆ ห้องยังไงก็เก็บเสียงไม่อยู่ เพราะเสียงกลองเป็นเสียงเบสหนักๆ 3. ที่จอดรถน้อยมากๆ อาจต้องไปจอดข้างนอก หรือ เช่าที่จอดรถ 4. งง กับ อาหารเช้า ควรทำเป็นบุฟเฟต์ มุมเล็กๆก็ได้ ไม่ใช่คุยกับกุ๊กซึ่ง รายละเอียดไม่มากพอ กุ๊กก็บอกว่ามีแค่นั้นแค่นี้ เพราะสิ่งที่ได้ไม่เหมือนกับอีกโต๊ะ(หรืออีกโต๊ะ สั่งกินต่างหาก ไม่ใช่รวมกับห้องพักเหมือนเรา เพราะของเราไม่มีไส้กรอกและเบค่อนเหมือนกับอีกโต๊ะ) 5. ห้องน้ำ กระจกปิดกั้นน้ำไม่อยู่ มีช่องว่าง พออาบน้ำ น้ำกระเด็นลอดช่องออกมาเปียกที่พื้นห้อง และฝักบัวด้านบน น้ำก็กระจายออกด้านข้างโดนกระจก ไหลออกไปที่พื้นนอกบริเวณอาบน้ำ ก๊อกอ่างล้างหน้าก็ติดตั้งแปลกๆ ใช้งานไม่สะดวก 6. ทีวี ดี มีช่องมากมายให้เลือกดู ชัดเจนดี

Excellent!
We stayed here for 5 nights during Songkran. The hotel offered a great escape from the centre of town. It is clean, bright and rooms are comfortable and have good amenities. 10 -15 minute walk to centre of town and tuk tuk drivers know the restaurant next door if you take one home.

great location, bad service
room was good, though a bit tiny. we loved the location as we like wat-ket / rimping area. but service is unexpectedly bad. the water heater in our room was broken. staff came in when we reported, tried to fix, but fail, and after a while he offered us to take a shower in another room ... like we were in dormitory or in hostel. anyhow, the water heater in that room was not working either. in the end ... we had to take a cold shower in Chiang Mai's winter, which is 10c-15c or thereabout. (and the staff also told us that it's the management policy to offer dormitory experiences to guests / and not willing to fix the water heater during winter / great corporate culture here)
