From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly (with ice cream, no less!) and were always friendly and smiling throughout our stay. Housekeeping also went above and beyond, folding our towels into adorable little elephants, which was such a thoughtful touch. That said, there were a few inconveniences during our stay. The building does not have an elevator, which was a bit of a challenge since our rooms were on the third and fourth floors. The room we reserved included two bathrooms, but one shower didn’t have hot water, so everyone ended up sharing the same one. Additionally, the locks on the bathroom doors didn’t work properly, and I even got stuck for a while. Overall, the fantastic service and warm atmosphere made for a great stay, and we would recommend this hotel. Thank you! ##### Chloe Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### shou Aug 23, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities 広い屋上からのワットアルンの景色が素晴らしくて感動しました。ホストはとても優しくエネルギッシュな人です、ホテルを案内してくれて写真も撮ってくれました。ただチェックインの時間を伝えてたのですが誰も出てきませんでした。インターホンも鳴ってるのか分からず、たくさん蚊がいたので近くのカフェで休憩しました。再訪問してみるとやはり誰もいなくて、30分くらい待って人が出てきました。仕事で忙しそうなら仕方ないかなと思いました。 今後くる人が驚かないように言っておくと部屋にトイレと風呂はありません。風呂とトイレは廊下にあります。ボディソープがひとつだけありますが自分で用意した方がいいです。タオルは部屋にあります。なぜか部屋の窓は完全に閉めても隙間があります。隙間から少し外が見えます。部屋は明るくて清潔でした。スリッパの代わりにサンダルがあります。エアコンも問題なし。ドライヤーもあります。残念ながらWi-Fiはぶつぶつ切れて使えませんでした。 周辺のレストランは少ないですが、セブンあります。ワットアルン観光には最適です。 とても親切なホストがサポートしてくれて暖かさを感じました。夜には花でレイを作ってくれました。周辺の店や観光地も細かく教えてくれます。いいホテルでした。 ##### shou Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Israel May 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Charming hotel. The staff are very nice and attentive. The building is always clean and there’s an ice cream shop inside.
