Le point négatif est le petit-déjeuner. Très peu de choix pour les occidentaux pourtant les seuls clients pendant mon sejour, et surtout une croissanterie et charcuterie absolument pas fraiche. Inacceptable pour un établissement de ce niveau.

Chambre très grande, très belle et très propre. Lits très confortables. La piscine sur le toit est juste top. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnel mais est convenable.

Idéal Chiang Mai .
Excellent accueil, chambre et salle de bain propre, avec une douche à l’italienne. Petit déjeuner copieux et buffet à volonté pour le dîner. Personnel très symphatique et très professionnel. Vous êtes au milieu des marches de nuit ! Donc ne pas privilégier pour la tranquillité, mais la musique du petit pub devant l’hotel, diminue le son à partir de 22h. Excellent hôtel, pour faire du tourisme.

Bel hotel bien placé et très bon accueil
Sejour en famille. L accueil etait parfait et toujours a disposition pour nous aider ou renseigner. Hotel situé pres d un grand axe commerçant mais sans les nuisances associées donc parfait pour profiter et trouver un peu apres des lieux typiques moins touristiques. Excellent sejour dans cet hotel remis a neuf

L'hotel est très bien situé. Proche du marché de nuit ( moins de 5min à pieds ) et d'une rue pleine de commerces. Petit dejeuné sous forme de buffet ( croissants, pain de mie simple ou complet, gateaux, riz, nouilles, légumes, omelettes, viandes etc... ) Pas de viande halal pour les musulmans. Travaux en face de l'hotel mais pas trop de bruit. Chambres simples et plutôt calmes. A 20 min de l'aeroport en taxi. Si vous cherchez des excursions, il y'a une agence pas loin de l'hotel qui fait de trés bons prix et la gérante parle français.

Pas à la hauteur
Chambres très vieillottes, sales (traces de sang un peu partout), moquettes à changer d'urgence, salle de bain horrible.. Il faut surtout dire aussi que l'hotel est infesté de moustique, prévoir une bonne bombe et une prise pour passer une nuit plus ou moins correcte;;;mais les parties communes sont un enfer. Le wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre alors que la description faisait état du wifi dans les chambres... Le premier jour de mon arrivé, il n'y avait pas de coffre fort et pas d'eau chaude mais après une discssion avec la reception (j'ai simplement dit que si quelques choses disparaissaient dans ma chmabre ils serait tenu pour responsable) tout est rentré dans l'ordre rapidement. Je déconseille aussi les services du TO à l'entrée de l'hotel (pour les excursions) pour son incompétence et sa mauvaise foi Sinon le personnel est à l'écoute et agréable. La situation géographique est idéale car situé au coeur du marché de nuit. Je pense que cet hotel n'est pas à la hauteur des étoiles qu'il possède et que vous pouvez trouver moins cher et de meilleurs qualité.

Accueil impeccable, personnel souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service, hôtel situé en plein Night Bazar (génial). Petit déjeuner en buffet avec beaucoup de choix, chambres très belles et grandes. A la demande, l'hôtel organise les transferts depuis ou vers l'aéroport. Nous avions une chambre Family Room qui se compose de 2 "appartements" avec salle de bain dans chaque chambre, communiquant pour une surfuace de 90 m² (grand luxe), les enfants (6 et 9 ans) ont adorés et nous aussi !!!

Decent hotel, clean, but breakfast was not included. I had checked breakfast when I booked. But no breakfast. A little bit disappointed. Decent breakfast though. I booked 3 person (family trip), but no extra bed. I used couch for two nights.

Great location near Loi Kroh Rd and near Sunday Bazaar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was good.

Points forts : Propreté, service et personnel et commodités.
All in all. I always have a great experience at the hotel. The staff are polite. The rooms are very clean. The only small downside is that the gym area is needs a bit cleaning. However, I can’t praise the hotel overall!!!!

ナイトマーケット横なのでとても便利です。朝食もとても美味しく、時々メニューが変わります。オムレツを目の前で作ってくれて美味しかったです。部屋は広く快適でした。マーケット横ですが夜は静かに眠ることが出来ます。
