Everybody at this family-run hotel is friendly and takes effort to accommodate guests' needs. I plan to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mail. Polite and friendly (very little English spoken). On a quiet backstreet. Room was very clean, but small (no wardrobe or storage space). Rather expensive (GBP 22 per night, THB 1,000) by Thai standards compared to other similar guesthouses. Location quite far from main tourist area, so need to borrow a bicycle or rent a scooter to get around. They provided a wonderful breakfast ( many choices) every morning & gave us valuable advice on places to go & things to see in the area. They helped us rent a motorbike to get around and even gave us a cellphone so we could call them when we got lost - which we did several times so they could come rescue us!
