The house is even nicer than the photos, and very comfortable. There is parking on the street, and also parking for two cars in the alley. The backyard was securely fenced for my dog. Location is good, very easy to walk to capital or the park. I slept in the queen room and the bed was very comfortable. My parents said the king room was very comfortable and quiet. Also it was quite warm in Cheyenne during our visit and the AC worked great. Debbie was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure our stay was going well. All the way down to the small details of having a fan and noise machine in the closet. I can’t sleep with out a fan and my son has a noise machine at home so this was such a pleasant accommodation. The communication and care from the property manager was great. You can see the capital lit up at night from the front window which was beautiful. Turns out I needn’t have been apprehensive at all. The owners of the house anticipated any need a renter might have, as far as I could see. When next I make the trip to visit my family, especially should my wife be with me that time, I’d certainly consider renting the same house again. ##### Jason C.
