Property on a large farm entry point. Towns like portland, mt gambier, warnambool, hamilton casterton, port fairy all 1-2 hours drive, which means you can visit them and come back. Airconditioned and very comfortable. Play soccer in the farm fly kites or bring your own ktm bikes. Excellent relaxation and peace of mind. Bring your food to cook and water own bottles preferred.
