« My prepaid $50.00 parking spot was not available. I was told to park in municipal lot. I refused and they made another arrangement for me to park. No elevator. Had to carry luggage up and down 3 long steep flights of stairs. No mention about lack of elevators in promotion and listing materials. No hot water in the morning (7:00) at the toilet room sink or in the shower despite running it for 30 minutes. No one on premises to assist.
